Add water, cubed paneer (prefried or nay), stock cube (veg flavour or not). Simmer for a bit (30 mins is nice)...add peas or froz spinach near the end

(Because I couldnt be arsed to open a tin..) add dollop of tom puree + tomato sauce for sweetness, add water. Simmer for ages. then add a bit of chicken stock and peas near the end
