Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 400g Dark Chocolate
  • 300g Milk Chocolate
  • 300g White Chocolate
  • 600g Brown Sugar
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 250g Flour
  • 400g Butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine sugar and eggs until well mixed
  3. Melt the butter over a low heat, once melted break in the dark chocolate and melt until velvety.
  4. Add the melted choc/butter to the sugar/eggs and wisk together
  5. Add the flour and wisk again.
  6. Break up the milk/white chocolate and add to the mix.
  7. Pour mix into greaseproof paper lined tin and bake for 30-40 mins. Check using a skewer in the center.
  8. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for at least 1 hour.
