Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 400g Dark Chocolate
- 300g Milk Chocolate
- 300g White Chocolate
- 600g Brown Sugar
- 6 Large eggs
- 250g Flour
- 400g Butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine sugar and eggs until well mixed
- Melt the butter over a low heat, once melted break in the dark chocolate and melt until velvety.
- Add the melted choc/butter to the sugar/eggs and wisk together
- Add the flour and wisk again.
- Break up the milk/white chocolate and add to the mix.
- Pour mix into greaseproof paper lined tin and bake for 30-40 mins. Check using a skewer in the center.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool for at least 1 hour.
