Basic curry powder

Ingredients

1xChilli powder
2xCumin
2xGround tumric
4xCorriander seeds

Method

Heat all the spices in a dry pan until a few shades darker, and smoking slightly.

Allow to cool and grind to a powder. Store in an airtight jar.
