Brocolli and chickpea wrap

Ingredients
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 crown of broccoli
- Couple of cans of chickpeas
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs soy
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground corriander
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 lime
- tortialla
Method
Preheat oven to 220C.
Dice veg until all roughly chickpea size, mix with the oil and spices. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Mix in the garlic, bake another 15 minutes.
Wrap in the, erm, wraps.....
Stuff in face hole.
