Eggs in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • Tin plumb tomatos
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt + pepper

Metod

First, fry off the garlic in some olive oil.

Next, slice in the onion and fry until soft:
