# Dice some spuds, and boil them with some turmric.&lt;br /&gt;
# When they're just starting to soften fry up some black mustard seeds. When they pop add some curry leaves, chopped chilli, and cayanne pepper&lt;br /&gt;
# Fry for a bit, then add some chopped onion, fry until golden (golden golden)&lt;br /&gt;
# Add a couple of tinned tomatoes and fry some more, then add the spuds and fry fry fry.&lt;br /&gt;
