* Potatoes
* Onions
* Turmeric
* Black mustard seeds
* Curry leaves 
* Chilli
* Cayenne pepper
* Tinned tomatos

# Dice some spuds, and boil them with some turmric.
# When they're just starting to soften fry up some black mustard seeds. When they pop add some curry leaves, chopped chilli, and cayanne pepper
# Fry for a bit, then add some chopped onion, fry until golden (golden golden)
# Add a couple of tinned tomatoes and fry some more, then add the spuds and fry fry fry.

* Spuds (diced)
* Garam Masala
* Cumin
* Salt
* Chilli Powder
* Tomato pure/chopped tinned tomatos
* Chicken stock
* Peas
* Water

# ok, onions, garlic fry. 
# At some point add diced potatoes and fry for a bit, douse in garam masala + cumin, some salt, chilli powder, fry. 
# (Because I couldnt be arsed to open a tin..) add dollop of tom puree + tomato sauce for sweetness, add water. Simmer for ages. 
# then add a bit of chicken stock and peas near the end

(there may have been cayenne pepper at some point too)

* Ground coriander
* Tomato puree
* Sugar
* Lemon juice
* Chicken stock
* Peas

# fry cumin seeds
# fry garlic and onions
# add chopped chilli; fry
# Add Garam masala, tumric, chilli powder, corriander, stir
# Add diced potato, fry
# Add tomato puree and tsp sugar + some water and lemon juice
# Add 1/3pt chicken stock
# boil until spuds are done
# Add peas
